Dragon's Lair Comics & Fantasy: San Antonio
Good news! Our traditional Casual Khet Nights are moving to EVERY THURSDAY NIGHT! We originally were doing just the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month, but we are now a weekly event. Come see us at Dragon’s Lair San Antonio every Thursday from 6:30pm to 8:30pm.
We are getting in the habit of thanking Luke at @khet_lasergame. This case of donated boards arrived yesterday!

BIG NEWS: A.N.K.H. is hereby proud to announce the first ever City Level Khet Championships sanctioned and sponsored by Innovention Toys, makers of Khet: the Laser Game!
The first in the series will be the San Antonio City Championship to be held at San Japan: Sinister Six August 16th-18th. Goto http://san-japan.org for convention details.
We will hold the Austin City Championship at the new Dragon’s Lair Austin location, and Dallas City Championships will be held at Roll2Play games. Dates to be determined.
As for all city level tournaments, Innovention Toys will be providing prizes:
1st Khet Game, Expansion, T-shirt
2nd Expansion & T-shirt
3rd T-shirt
Winners from the City level championships also advance to the FIRST EVER Officially Sanctioned Khet State Championship Tournament, to be held at ChimaeraCon 2014. Winners at the State level would get the above PLUS:
1st) $200.00 cash prize
2nd) $50.00 cash prize
3rd) $20.00 cash prize
We are city in talks to determine the location for the Houston City Championship. More on that soon.
The best part: all City Championships will feed into the first ever State Championship Tournament to be held at Chimaeracon 2014!

It’s been an amazing month for A.N.K.H. We have received word from Innovention Games that they want us to playtest their new expansions this May! We will be holding the first sanctioned San Antonio City Championship at San Japan: Sinister 6, August 16th-18th, 2013, at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center and San Antonio Grand Hyatt Hotel. City Championships for Austin will be held at the new Dragon’s Lair location (visit them at http://dlair.net/) and Dallas City Championships will be held at Roll2Play (visit them at http://www.roll2play.com/), dates TBA.
